The Holidays are a great time to make time for yourself 🙏
Have you thought about making an appointment with our Reiki Practitioner MaryJane?
What does Reiki do and how does it benefit me?
Reiki addresses your energy life force. Everyone and everything is made of energy (that’s physics 😉)
The wisdom that directs your life is your energy, your gut; it regulates your DNA, your cell growth and regeneration, and it even creates balance and harmony.
Reiki benefits you by balancing your energy and clearing any blockages. I allow the energy from your body to guide me towards the barriers and can restore the balance and flow allowing healing to begin.
How many sessions will I need to see a change?
Depending on why you make time for a Reiki treatment you may need one session or a series of sessions.
Allowing at least a week in between each of your Reiki treatments creates space for you to consciously and subconsciously process the treatment.
Reiki continues to work through you after the treatment session. The wonderful effects of the treatment continue to intergate into your being days after your session.
Here is a general guideline to help you determine how many Reiki treatments you will need:
If you are wanting to work on specific condition such as:
•neck, shoulder or lower back pain
•life direction and purpose
•trauma and PTSD (including that of first responders 👨🏻🚒)
It’s generally best to receive three to five Reiki treatments one to two weeks apart.
Once you see yourself improving you can space out treatments to one month or six weeks apart.
Receiving regular Reiki treatments is excellent self-care and helps you to maintian holistic balance
Is Reiki covered by Insurance?
While Reiki isn’t typically covered by insurance initially (because I am a Holisitic Practioner which does not allow for diagnosing) BUT, the good news is that there may be options to getting your Reiki appointments covered
1) Some health plans allow you to submit notes and a receipt for “energy services” and they will reimburse you for if not the whole portion, sometimes 50%
2) If you have an HSA plan, “energy services” may be covered. In which case you would do the same thing, 1-pay for services, 2-I will provide you with notes and a detailed receipt 3-You submit to your HSA plan
Schedule your appointment with MaryJane this month (November) and get 20% off every visit PLUS if you schedule any visits for December during this month, MaryJane will honor the 20% discount for those visits as well.
