Policies
A major credit card is required to reserve your bridal or spa parties, also including individual multi-service appointments.
Transformations also offers gift certificates, party packages and gift baskets, custom made for your needs, wants and budget.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a single service, please give us a 24-hour notice. If you are receiving multiple services, please give us a 48-hour notice. Appointments cancelled in less than the required time will be billed 50% of the published price of each service.
We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time for check-in and change of clothing if you are receiving a spa service.
Products and gift certificates are non-refundable. Products can be exchanged for salon credit or a comparable product.
